Our Process
1 - Discovery
We begin with a relaxed face to face conversation to explore your story, values, and what this tartan should represent, whether it’s for a place, a brand, or a family legacy.
4 - Production
Yarn is bespoke dyed to your colours and the weaving begins. We register your tartan as an official Scottish tartan which you hold the rights to. Once finished, we cut the cloth and send to the relevant makers and artisans to create your products.
2 - Story
We create your brief, translating your idea into a visual language. We meticulously research your brand, drawing from history, landscape, symbolism and emotion. We start to compose colour concepts and design applications.
5 - Launch
We deliver your products in one package, branded and labelled; ready for retail, gifting or corporate use. We supply product photography and video content of production which can be used across marketing platforms.
3 - Design
After presenting the concept, we refine the design. Your colour palette is made up of bespoke colours, uniquely named and owned by you. Mock ups are presented in context ie how the tartan will look as a finished product.
6 - Legacy
We have great relationships with our clients who regularly re-order. We are always happy to discuss future product lines and collaborations to strengthen your brand and build your legacy.
